Linord Moudou is a seasoned broadcast journalist, leadership communication consultant, and media entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience shaping global conversations and amplifying authentic voices.
 

As a former news anchor and health editor at Voice of America, Linord reached audiences of 20+ million viewers worldwide, delivering breaking news and conducting high-profile interviews with leaders including Namibian President Hage Geingob, Microsoft Co-Founder Bill Gates, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, Nobel Peace Prize laureate Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, and UNAIDS Executive Director Winnie Byanyima. Her work has earned her prestigious fellowships with the National Press Foundation and the UN Foundation, establishing her as a trusted voice in international journalism.
 

Following her distinguished career at VOA, Linord founded RONIL Studios and launched the VIP News Network, a digital media platform dedicated to showcasing African excellence and friends of Africa, as well as amplifying diaspora voices through innovative programming including VIP with Linord, her signature talk show featuring changemakers and thought leaders, and VIP Bylines, a journalist roundtable exploring critical issues shaping the world.

As a leadership communication consultant and executive coach, Linord has developed the proprietary VoiceStamp Compass™ methodology, a transformative framework that helps leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers discover and leverage their authentic communication style. Her forthcoming book, The Leader's VoiceStamp™, distills decades of insights from interviewing world leaders into practical strategies for executive presence and impactful communication.

Linord brings her expertise to stages worldwide as a bilingual (French-English) sought-after keynote speaker, moderator, and emcee for high-profile events, including serving as Mistress of Ceremony during the Global Funds replenishment conference in Lyon, and for the African Unity Ambassadors Ball, honoring distinguished diplomats and leaders. She is also passionate about media literacy education, developing specialized programs teaching AI and digital media skills to children, including those with autism.

Moudou is the founder of MILDOVE International, a nonprofit organization 19dedicated to empowering children and youth with education and leadership training, and improving the well-being of the elderly in Africa, particularly Côte d'Ivoire. She is a founding board member of the Africa AI Forum and the Autism Community of Africa. She holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Maryland, an MBA in Organizational Management from Eastern University, and a certificate in Exercising Leadership from Harvard online.

Her work has earned her numerous accolades, including an Honorary Doctorate in Broadcasting Leadership from the Bible College and Seminary in South Carolina, the U.S. Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteer Service, and recognition as a Crans Montana Forum "New Leader" of Tomorrow. Moudou is a member of Harvard W3D, a United Nations Foundation Fellow, a Thomson Reuters Foundation Fellow, a U.S. National Press Foundation Fellow, and a graduate of the Sub-Saharan African Women in Public Service Institute.
